The Pre-use Safety Check Tags from Operator Training Solutions Ltd offer a simple but effective check and monitoring system.

The holder is simple to connect to the truck and is visible to the operator and supervisory staff

The system has been designed so that operators can see immediately if the machine has been checked by having the signed part of the insert facing outwards, this is also useful for supervisory staff, when the machine passes they can also check to see if the machine has had it’s pre-use check.

On the reverse side of the insert is a complete list of what the operator needs to check to ensure the truck is in a safe condition before use.

The third element of the system is, if the check fails then the insert is taken out and handed to the supervisory staff, when there is no insert in the holder, the machine is automatically tagged  DO NOT USE THIS EQUIPMENT.

As you can see this is a simple but effective way of managing and maintaining a safe system.
